I dont think your understand what that phrase means. This is in no way p2w, it doesnt even apply what is there to win?

How can one win if there is no competition to win? Its a freebie given out to those who pay for convenience or an incentive to use the feature.

Or you could just accept that you're getting double xp for free and stop being so entitled over trivial pay options.

Don't really see the point in criticizing it. They are offering a double conversion event (which they have done in the past) many players will take advantage of this and convert some GXP at a discount.

On top of that PGI decided to throw in free stuff for every x GXP you convert. They could have just done a normal 2x GXP event and left it at that. Nobody would be complaining about that so why complain about a better version of it?
